What materials are used in UNOde50 jewelry?
Our unique pieces are crafted using a proprietary metal alloy plated with 15-25 microns of sterling silver or 18k gold. We also incorporate high-quality materials such as Murano glass, Swarovski crystals, and genuine vegetable-tanned leather.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, clean them with a soft cloth and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or water. Store your jewelry in its original protective pouch to prevent oxidation and scratching.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All UNOde50 items come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
How can I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. You can measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own or use a measuring tape to determine your finger's circumference in millimeters.
