At UNOde50, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. All returns must include original packaging and proof of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original UNOde50 red box and protective pouch, ensuring the package is sealed properly.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
